Flow Meters

The Schenck Process Multistream ® Flow meters offer a cost effective solution to measuring material flow. The Schenck Process Solids Flow Meter is available in four standard sizes from the Multistream ® B80 at 80 cubic meters per hour to the G1250 model at 1250 cubic meters per hour. Typical system accuracies are ± 2% of the nominal feed rate.

Mass Flow meters

For applications that require higher accuracy - Schenck Process offers the patented Multicor, Mass Flow meters. The Multicor ® units operate on the Coriolis Principle and as a result are highly accurate true weight measurement even with materials of varying bulk density. The unit consists of a rotating vaned wheel on a drive shaft. The material is fed into the centre of the wheel were the material is passed out by the centrifugal force the Coriolis force is opposite to this force and measured. The Schenck Process Multicor Mass Flow Meter offers accuracies of ± 0.5 % of the actual feed rate and a control range of 1:10.
