Our banana (multi-sloped) screens are all heavy duty equipment made for the toughest working environment. Schenck Process Banana Screens have your needs covered and are available in single and double deck configurations.

These screens feature Schenck Process Directional Force Exciters. Huckbolted construction and no welding on the side plates
mean tougher equipment. After manufacture, each banana screen goes through dynamic analysis using our proprietary test equipment and procedures. The dynamic analysis determines the natural frequencies of the screen components and the assembly.

Schenck Process screens are designed for infinite fatigue life, under normal operating conditions. Vibration isolation is in the range of 96-98%. An optional isolation frame can be supplied for better vibration isolation to 99.9%.
